Three families of coffee
Collagen and vitamin blends
Green Good Lux Coffee, Bella Coffee and Glox Coffee pair instant coffee with collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. Good Lux adds several more vitamins and zinc gluconate. The brand's instruction is one 5 g sachet in 200 ml of hot water.
Herbal and spice blends
Iron Coffee leans on ginger, cinnamon, ginseng, flax seed and parsley stalk. Ala Detox Coffee uses the same herb list as the Ala teas, with guarana and green tea. If you like a spiced cup, these two are closest.
Stimulant and adaptogen blends
Wiltlife Coffee lists moringa, ginseng, blue dandelion, valerian and passiflora, plus added caffeine. It is mixed with hot water or semi-skimmed milk. Nesliva Detox Coffee adds guarana, ginseng, mate and maca.
How they are prepared
Almost all follow the same pattern: one sachet in a glass of hot water, once a day, usually 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. Several allow hot milk instead. Nesliva suggests two glasses of water afterwards. None of the pages asks you to steep or filter anything.
