Meri is one of the few brands in the store that comes in four formats: instant tea, capsule, coffee and premium editions. This guide lays the Meri products side by side so you can see what each page lists.

The two teas
Meri Tea comes as 60 sachets for a month of two cups a day. The description says to dissolve one sachet in about 200 ml of hot water and to drink it around an hour before the morning and evening meals.
Meri Detox Tea Premium follows the same routine. Its page lists the extra ingredients dwarf palm extract and L-Carnitine, and describes a colour, fragrance and taste meant for daytime drinking. Neither tea is meant to be sweetened.
One detail worth knowing: the Meri Tea bundle page lists dwarf palm and L-Carnitine as well, while the single-box page names a slightly shorter list. Read the ingredient section of the page you order from.
The capsules
Meri Capsule is a herbal blend with green tea, guarana fruit and red pepper. Meri Premium Capsule swaps those for a list built on rice bran powder, broccoli, echinacea and L-Carnitine. Both pages advise taking the capsule with plenty of water, eating a light breakfast about an hour later and drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of fluid a day.
The coffee
Meri Organic Detox Coffee is the one for coffee drinkers. Each sachet lists instant organic coffee, bromelain, berberine, chicory, ginger, black seed, L-Carnitine, collagen types I to III, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C.
Choosing between them
Pick the tea if you like a warm drink twice a day.
Pick the capsule if you want one step in the morning.

Several Meri products also come as five-box bundles, listed in the Wholesale Order category.
