How to prepare Nerox Tea

• Pour 1 sachet into a glass of hot water (about 200 ml).

• Stir and let it rest for a minute.

• Drink one glass about 1 hour before breakfast and one about 1 hour before dinner.

• Drink enough water during the day, about 2–2.5 litres for most adults.

Do not use more than 2 sachets a day. Nerox Tea contains guarana, so do not drink the evening glass late if caffeine affects your sleep.

Making it a habit

Nerox Tea gives your day a simple structure: two warm drinks before meals and a reminder to drink water. Some customers say that a glass before a meal makes it easier to skip a snack. Experiences differ from person to person, and your diet, activity and sleep matter most.
