Article 2: Subject and Scope of the Agreement

Within the scope of this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER is informed about the order. In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER must approve the distance sales contract. The preliminary information form regarding the order and the distance sales contract are sent to the BUYER’s e-mail address together with the order confirmation e-mail. BUYER can access these agreements from the order confirmation e-mail.

NOTE: All prices include VAT. The VAT rate for our products is 1%.

Delivery Conditions: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order details within 30 days at the latest from the contract date.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation

Situations in which the BUYER will have the right to return the product purchased and cancel the order without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason:

SELLER sends expired products.
SELLER sends the wrong product.
SELLER sends damaged product.
The SELLER does not send the product within the specified period (30 days).

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and order cancellation, the BUYER must notify the SELLER using one or all of the above-mentioned options in accordance with the legal provisions within the withdrawal period, and the product and the product packaging must be undamaged. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal and order cancellation due to the above reasons belongs to the SELLER.

Article 2: Scope and Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to include the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the order placed electronically by the buyer through the website https://www.detoxteas.shop

Article 3: Information Regarding the Goods and Services

This agreement begins when the Seller sends the order information of the product or products purchased by the Buyer to the Buyer’s email address. Information about the product or products purchased by the Buyer will be sent to the email address specified by the Buyer in the order form and included in this agreement.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the product purchased is software and a copyable product.

Article 5: Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The Buyer/BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Single-use/disposable products.
Copyable software and programs.
Products offered in digital format.
Products with expired shelf life during the Buyer’s possession.
Products specially produced/prepared for the Buyer.
Products with protective elements such as packaging, tape, protective packaging opened.
Products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Return or destruction of the product to the Seller due to incorrect address declaration by the Buyer.
Failure of the Buyer to receive the product from the shipping company or customs.
If the shipping company cannot contact the Buyer for delivery, the product will be returned to the Seller.
The Buyer is obliged to pay customs duties or any additional expenses that may arise regarding the product or products purchased; if the Buyer does not pay these fees, the product or products will be seized by the relevant state in customs and returned or destroyed by the Seller.
If the product or products purchased by the Buyer are prohibited by legal regulation in the country specified by the Buyer in the order form, the Seller will not refund the fee and all legal responsibility belongs to the Buyer.

Article 6: International Orders and Customs Compliance

6.1 Detox Teas Shop (https://www.detoxteas.shop) shall not be held liable for any products that may be prohibited, restricted, or subject to special import requirements in the Buyer’s country of residence or destination. The Seller bears no responsibility for goods that require special permits, licenses, or documentation to clear customs in the destination country.

6.2 The Buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying with their local customs authority whether the purchased products, including their type, quantity, and composition, can legally clear customs without requiring special import permits, licenses, prescriptions, or any other regulatory approvals. The Buyer is strongly advised to conduct this verification prior to placing an order.

6.3 In the event that a shipment is rejected, seized, returned, or destroyed, whether by the Buyer, customs authorities, the shipping carrier, or any governmental agency, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. This non-refundable policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations: (a) absence of required import permits, licenses, or prescriptions; (b) product prohibition or restriction in the destination country; (c) failure to comply with local import regulations; (d) refusal of delivery or acceptance by the Buyer; (e) incorrect or incomplete customs declarations; (f) any other customs-related complications arising from the Buyer’s failure to comply with applicable import laws and regulations.

Article 7: General Provisions

7.1 The Buyer declares that they have read and approved the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, and preliminary information about the delivery on https://www.detoxteas.shop, electronically.

7.2 The subject of the contract product or products will be delivered to the Buyer’s customs area in compliance with the specified features in the order within a maximum of 30 days from the establishment of the contract.

7.3 The Seller is responsible for delivering the subject of the contract product or products to the Buyer’s customs area in compliance with the specified features in the order, complete and intact.

7.4 If the Buyer does not pay the price of the goods or services subject to the contract for any reason or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller is considered to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the goods or services.

Article 8: Resolution of Disputes

In the implementation of this Distance Sales Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry. In disputes exceeding this value, Consumer Courts where the Buyer resides or where the Buyer purchased the goods or services are authorized.

Article 9: Validity and Acceptance

Upon completion of the order process, it is assumed that all articles of this agreement have been read and accepted by the Buyer.
