Article 2 – Subject and Scope of the Agreement

Within the scope of this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER is informed about the order. In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER must approve the distance sales contract. The preliminary information form regarding the order and the distance sales contract are sent to the BUYER’s e-mail address together with the order confirmation e-mail. BUYER can access these agreements from the order confirmation e-mail.

Article 3 – Basic Features of the Products and Payment Information

Delivery Conditions The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order details within 30 days at the latest from the contract date.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation

Situations in which the BUYER will have the right to return the product purchased and cancel the order without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
1- SELLER sends expired products.
2- SELLER sends the wrong product.
3- SELLER sending damaged product.
4- The SELLER does not send the product within the specified period (30 days).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and order cancellation, the BUYER must notify the SELLER using one or all of the above-mentioned options in accordance with the legal provisions within the withdrawal period, and the product and the product packaging must be undamaged. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal and order cancellation due to the above reasons belongs to the SELLER.

Article 5 – Situations in which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

BUYER cannot use his right of withdrawal in the following cases:
1- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
2- Disposable products.
3- Copiable software and programs.
4- Digital media products.
5- Products that are perishable or expired while the product is at the customer’s disposal.
6- Products specially prepared upon the request of the BUYER.
7- Products whose protective elements (packaging, tape, protective packaging, etc.) have been opened after delivery.
8- Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
9- Return or destruction of the product to the SELLER due to the BUYER’s incorrect address declaration.
10- BUYER does not receive the product from the cargo company or customs area.
11- If the cargo company cannot communicate with the BUYER for delivery, the product is returned to the SELLER.
12- If the BUYER does not cover the customs duty or additional costs that may arise, the product is seized in the customs area, returned to the SELLER, and destroyed.
13- If the product purchased by the BUYER becomes a prohibited product due to the legal regulations in the country to which it wants to be sent, no refund will be made in cases where the product is confiscated, destroyed or returned to the SELLER, and all legal responsibility belongs to the BUYER.

Article 6 – Validity

When the ordering process is completed, all articles of this agreement will be deemed to have been read and accepted by the CONSUMER.

Article 7 – Dispute Resolution

In the implementation of this Distance Sales Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER resides or resides will be authorized in disputes up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. Disputes above this value will be authorized when the purchase is completed.
