How to Buy an Original, Sealed Box of Detox Tea

When you buy herbal tea online, you cannot pick up the box and turn it over. You can, however, read the listing closely and check the parcel when it arrives. This guide covers both, using what the store's own pages say.

Start with the listing

A good product page tells you what is in the box before you pay. At Detox Teas Shop each page lists the brand's ingredients, how many sachets or capsules a box holds and how the brand says to use it. If a page gives you none of that, ask the seller before ordering.

Some listings go further. The Diox Tea Detox page describes a sealed box with tracked UPS Express shipping. The Wiltlife Tea page mentions original security seals, and the Iron Coffee page mentions secure seals and original Iron brand quality. Iron Detox is described as sourced directly for authenticity.

What to look at on the box

  • Intact seal. Whatever the listing describes, check that the box or wrapper is closed and undamaged when it arrives.

  • Dates. Some product pages state that the production and expiry date are printed on the packaging. Look for them and do not use an expired product.

  • Name match. The name on the box should match the product you ordered. Nerox Tea, for instance, is also searched as Nerox Tea Detox, and the store says both names mean the same product.

  • Ingredients. The list on the pack should line up with the list on the page.

Why the brand's own range matters

Several brands in the store sell the same formats under similar names: teas with guarana and green tea, capsules with L-Carnitine and ginger. The easiest way to avoid confusion is to buy the exact product listed under the brand rather than a lookalike. Each brand's page names its own ingredients, and the Buy 4 Get 1 Free packs are the same original boxes in a bigger quantity.

When the parcel arrives

The store's delivery text asks you to look over the package in front of the carrier's representative. If you think it is damaged, do not accept it, and keep a record with the carrier. Then send the report to the store's email address as soon as you can. The same text says the store will then work on a repeat delivery.

If a wrong or expired product is shipped, the store's FAQ says it will send a new one or issue a refund. More on this is on the payment and delivery page and the returns page.
